Who can I send messages to?
You can send messages to any one that whose email address you how. However, please
be aware that you will need to comply with the SPAM ACT 2003. The following is a simplified outline of
this Act (as detailed in the Act):
- This Act sets up a scheme for regulating commercial e-mail and other types of commercial
electronic messages.
- Unsolicited commercial electronic messages must not be sent.
- Commercial electronic messages must include information about the individial or
organisation who authorised the sending of the message.
- Commercial electronic messages must contain a functional unsubscribe facility.
- Address-harvesting software must not be supplied, acquired or used.
- An electronic address list produced using address-harveting software must not be
supplied, acquired or used.
How many subscribers can I store?
We have no set limit on how many subscribers you can store.
How many messages can I send out at once?
Can I choose to schedule the emails out at any time in the future?
Yes. You can send your messages our whenever you like.
How much do you charge for this service?
We have a very competitive pricing model for this service. Please

Can I import my data from my own data source such as an Excel spreadsheet?
Yes. You can import data from either an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or an Microsoft
Access database.
How do I keep track of how successful an email blast has been?
You can view online reports that details many different types of statisitics. You
can even have these reports email to you automatically.
What sort of infrascture does this service run on and how reliable is it?
We use a load-balanced, redundant and scalable set of platforms based on the latest
IBM & Cisco hardware. Our secure and distributed server farms are configured as
a high availability failover system, housed across multiple geographic locations
including Telstra’s Exhibition exchange, one of the most secure and largest communications
hubs in Australia.
